September 22, 2020Paula (the property manager/landlord) seemed great initially, but the day after moving in she became very aggressive and seemed almost irritated whenever I would reach out with maintenance request. Oh yeah, you have to text her cell phone whenever you have any maintenance issues and she might get back to you, she has fixed 2/5 of my maintenance requests within the year of my tenancy. After living here for a year now she has began harassing me about my siblings (who are both minors) that stay ...with me during the summer, she has even come to our door to harass us. The laundry rooms have 1 washing machine each, that are both broken and take your quarters. Most if not all residents use the 24/laundry mat down by CVS. I would not recommend anyone live here unless it is your last resort as it was mine, I will soon be moving out due to the discomfort of the spider infested untamed property quality.
