Very unprofessional
January 23, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe Oakland apartments leasing specialist is very unprofessional. I gave a $500.00 deposit and when I called to cancel and get my money back I was told I will get an email within 3 days. Never happened, it's been two weeks and know she doesn't answer her phone nor calls back. Very unprofessional. If you want a headache and lose your money lease from them. From the accurate reviews on Google, working with Tahlia, Victoria, and Miriam, everyone has nothing but helpful and courteous!! The pictures look just like the actual apartment when you take your tour either virtually or in person. That was one BIG thing that really sealed the deal for me because alot of times companies will put the model apt on their website to show and get you all ...excited to potentially rent at their complex, but when you get there it's nothing like what you thought it would be when you get your apt.
