      I like the apartment complex! Management feels a bit chaotic but they are very sweet. When I moved in everything worked great and it was a very comfortable place to live.

      The units are nice and spacious with great appliances. There is not much shade around the complex, so your car will be fairly hot if you do not get a carport or garage. The community and its amenties are amazing as well. The property maintains the communal areas fairly well.

      I love the location. Close to downtown Austin but not crowded. Amenities are very nice. The pool is always very clean and enjoyable. The staff in the front office are very sweet and helpful always. Only complaint is my upstairs neighbor that stomps loudly every single night I’ve put in a few noise complaints but I understand there is only so much the apartments can do.

      Absolutely loved my stay at this community just maintaining the "Corridor" for cleaning only on 1st floor its clean apart from that we had good amenities and good responsive host.now a days maintenance staff is working hard to clean it but i see a lot of dog poop in walk area and car parking area apart from that everything is good. i would highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.Karla is very friendly and understanding, very helpful.

      Highly do not recommend. My experience viewing the apartments went great. Joann does a great job. Once you move in, the experience takes a turn for the worst. I moved in and everything one could imagine went wrong. They walk the apartment the day you arrive. Once I moved into my apartment, there was A serious pest issue that only got resolved because I had to escalate my concern to the regional. My interaction with the The Property Manager was a complete disaster. To add insult to injury she had ...
      the NERVE to imply the pests were my fault. Absolutely disrespectful and her professionalism is awful. My washer machine maintenance is still pending. Maintenance request takes A week or more to do because they focus solely on emergency situations. I can’t wash my clothes right now at all. When I looked at apartments I did not want to lean on the negative reviews and gave them an opportunity but all the negative reviews are correct. Some are missing. Speaking to my colleague he experienced the same thing and ended up breaking his lease. I highly do not recommend leasing here.
