February 14, 2026Highly do not recommend. My experience viewing the apartments went great. Joann does a great job. Once you move in, the experience takes a turn for the worst. I moved in and everything one could imagine went wrong. They walk the apartment the day you arrive. Once I moved into my apartment, there was A serious pest issue that only got resolved because I had to escalate my concern to the regional. My interaction with the The Property Manager was a complete disaster. To add insult to injury she had ...the NERVE to imply the pests were my fault. Absolutely disrespectful and her professionalism is awful. My washer machine maintenance is still pending. Maintenance request takes A week or more to do because they focus solely on emergency situations. I can’t wash my clothes right now at all. When I looked at apartments I did not want to lean on the negative reviews and gave them an opportunity but all the negative reviews are correct. Some are missing. Speaking to my colleague he experienced the same thing and ended up breaking his lease. I highly do not recommend leasing here.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2025absolutely loved my stay at this community only draw back is there are some dog poops either in walk way or garden areas apart from that we had good amenities and good responsive host.only 1st floor will be very clean with good smell apart from that every other floor is very bad in condition and have good amities, apart from that every thing is good. i would highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2025Affordable pricing, but don’t expect high-quality. Moved in with a broken dishwasher and all the cabinets had cheap, vinyl wrap that rips and makes it difficult to close without tears. The community events are a plus, such as the free Pilates event and complementary breakfasts. Overall, the highway noise is constant and the quality is subpar, but the community is nice and attentive.Property Manager Responded
