Our beautiful and historic apartment building has been lovingly refurbished. One and two bedroom apartments in downtown Bloomington are for rent. Community laundry on site. Pets are welcome. College Mall Apartments 2012-2014
June 1, 2020I was at the Deer Park Management property College Mall Apartments for two years (2012-2014). It's a nice location near the mall and #3 bus line (that runs to campus), economical and safe. The walls were thin, so it could be loud (mostly due to music students practicing), and the provided wireless internet wasn't always fast (though you could stream video most of the time), but the kitchen was very nice with lots of cupboard space and the apartment was large with high ceilings. I would live ...there again (I would just invest in sound-dampening foam this time).Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
