January 22, 2026Recently just moved in. The noise is pretty loud at times, we came across someone’s pet urine on the elevator, and there is no space for trash once it’s full. Other than those issues it’s been amazing.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2026If I was grading my experience on a scale of 1-10 with 10 be the highest, it would be the following: Cleanliness inside: 10 Outside: 2 (dog poop is everywhere) Security of building: 3 (you should need a key fob to access the stairwell) Maintenance: 8- ( after working 20 years in building/apartment maintenance, I have never experienced an instance where as an elevator as essential as the Williams street entrance be out of order so long. This is totally unacceptable. And lastly, fire detection ...system: -5 Just my opinion!Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2026I think this review is going to be similar to my last one. For the most part, I love it here! Everyone is so nice, it’s conveniently located, so many cute and fun things to do. Pool and hot tub are an excellent bonus. I just wish the people who lived here were more respectful to the space.
