April 7, 2025I liked this place very much! Wide and bright rooms, beautiful amenities, nice views. Overall, it was home. I lived here for more than two years. We moved out feeling sad, especially my two year old. Our unit had a defect, a vibrating noise coming from the floor, which at times kept me awake at night. After living for a year, I requested ( more like begging) the management to fix the problem or transfer me to other unit with similar price or current market price. However they did not because of ...their “ policy “ which assumes the market price of any unit is at list $300 per month from current price (not true at all) and 500 transfer cost. Well, I hope my toddler gets used to his new apartment and likes it the same. But for those of you who want to rent here , I recommend this place but make sure to check for any defects before signing the lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 26, 2025Nice place, great amenities, but the residents could use some improvement. It's a no smoking facility, but reeks of weed and cigarette smoke. The garage is where the garbage is held and you can really tell, the smell is horrid.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2025I have resided on this property for nearly three years and have encountered numerous ongoing issues. Building security remains inconsistent, and many residents fail to clean up after their pets, leaving the surrounding grounds in poor condition. While the maintenance staff does an exceptional job in their efforts to uphold a clean environment, the lack of accountability among residents continues to undermine these efforts. It is very disappointing. The office staff is not friendly or inviting the ...Community Manager never walks the property and there are very few activities and events held for residents.
