Overall, we’ve had a good experience. The maintenance service is good, and the location is very convenient for access to BART. However, it can be very noisy on weekend nights. Last weekend, my family couldn’t sleep well because people were talking loudly, playing music, and arguing outside until midnight or even later. I hope the management can help address the nighttime noise issue

We’ve had a very smooth entry into our new home. The staff here have been extremely helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub are especially nice and gym is large and well maintained.

The leasing staff are very friendly. Any maintenance is taken care of promptly and the space is very large for what we are paying. Overall really great with the exception of fire alarms going off pretty frequently.

Hall/walk ways dirty these days with dog poop all over. Also rent is unnecessarily increasing. While some staff are very nice and approachable, the fact that you only get to see them during conventional working hours is a little ridiculous because the tenants also have to go to work and are free on weekends when the leasing staff don’t work. So what’s the point of having staff around to care for people who are not around and when the clients are available the staff are not.

I have enjoyed living at the Uptown! There are some minor irritating events that take place, but overall it's good. Some tenants are not mindful of others, smoking remains problematic, access to the building by strangers or non-residents occurs too frequently and rules of the community are not consistently enforced. Pool, pets, garage, and trash.

I Love the Apartments location & accommodating environment. But most in foremost the most important would be the rent. In the times we are in, people are trying to decide whether to eat food or pay a bill. The rent at the uptown is what keeps me here. If that was to change then so would I.
