October 9, 2025I am very upset that our usage of the pool and hot tub has been removed for 2 weeks and still going. I read every single word of every email the Uptown sends me and the building did not warn us of this closure. Why would you close the pool during the hottest time of the year in Oakland?!?!? I feel like I am paying for services that I am not getting. My room mates and myself are very unhappy about this and would appreciate a discount on next months rent to compensate us for the removal of ...amenities with No Notice!Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025Really enjoying living here. Amenities are great. The leasing office and front office staff are very personable and helpful.
