In over their heads
June 20, 2023The new apartment managers are nice but they seem to have way more work on their hands than they were prepared for. The apartments were renovated cheaply, leaving WAY too many issues to solve through maintenance requests. Feels like I am paying them to renovate their own apartment.Review from Apartments.com
The jury is still out
May 8, 2023This is a little hidden gem however the jury is still out for the full review. The complex is going through a remodeling phase with the roofs, pools, and other additions. August 25, 2022I love it here at the 'The Vale". The office staff is really nice and attends to all my needs. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live. Ms. Rochel is phenomenal and professional in all she does. It is very peaceful here and I love living here. I am very thankful to the whole team in making this transition here a great one. RUN!!
August 5, 2020I lived here for one year; worst experience I've had since I began leasing. Inattentive management, unfulfilled service requests, water cut off every other week for 12 months, adding amenities and up charging tenants for their rent, errors in the accounting department every time a payment was made, charged every month for pest control and still had roaches. Not to mention the gunshots every night and my next door neighbor being murdered. Haven't talked to anybody in the office in the past 6 ...months because nobody answers the phone, but they will pick up the phone and turn you into collections for fictional charges.
