place strictly says no pets but some people have cats? The place also is filled with roaches and who knows what else. There’s supposedly a pool however it is never open to the people that actually live here, the manager has it locked and you have to ask for permission to get in. The rent is extremely high for what the place really is and the location. Not all apartments get a parking space because the manager has 2 or 3 parking spaces for herself. The apartments are under looked on maintenance and this has absolutely been the worst place I’ve ever lived in. Please do yourself a favor and take your money and business somewhere else. There is also no rent control in these apartments so your rent can go up at any given time. As far as aesthetics go you barely get any light into the actual apartment and the space is very minimal and not managed properly. The parking garage doors are constantly malfunctioning and getting broken, which lacks safety because any one can come in and there aren’t any cameras. The manager Ruth handles things the way she wants and is only there for her check. She’s completely unavailable and like I said never fixes anything! There is also a plumbing issue the water from either the people upstairs comes downstairs and makes a mess. The pipes and never fixed they’re extremely old and when they give you the apartment they paint over everything to make it look nice and clean but once you’re living there everything begins to fall apart entirely. Overall it’s an old apartment building with no knowledge on how to run a apartment complex.
