Living here is comfortable and easy. My only complaint would be noise from the roads but it is city living so I can’t complain too much. Everything works as it should and the amenities and inclusions are wonderful compared to other living communities at similar price points. Overall, this place is a good living community and I like the friendliness of the staff.

i tried calling multiple times after they sent me my lease to talk about it and they did not pick up or return my calls and my roommate was told we will get a call back but never got a call back. they also emailed me to sign my lease by 5pm that day at 1pm and i did not even have my lease by then, lease was sent over at 3pm and with this kind of management style i doubt if i live there they will answer my calls ever

The management only wants money and couldn't care about our quality of living at the Vanguard. It's really unfortunate because the building itself and the amenities are nice and not too pricey. Very disappointed.

The front door to building one still does not work and the other day a complete stranger came in and was hanging out. None of the gates work went there is no urgency regarding safety
