January 7, 2026I was told over the phone that I would receive a free parking discount once I signed my contract, and now they are telling me I will not get free parking and have to pay $75 a month for it. January 2, 2026Living at The Vanguard has been good so far. The unit is in good condition. Facilities like the gym, study rooms, among others makes here a convenient place to live as a student. Occasional organizing of events geared towards bringing tenants together is a plus. I like the welcoming attitude of all those who work at the leasing center. One thing, I noticed though is that sometimes, the hallways get so dirty, and it takes a while to be cleaned. October 29, 2025The apartments are pretty nice, however a lot of things were assembled and made very cheaply, it seems the build was done too fast with a lack of focus on quality, the staff is generally pretty helpful, however management has seemed to slow down a lot of processes.Property Manager Responded
