December 6, 2024My experience here has been the best of all of my student housing experiences. It’s convenient, close to campus, and clean. I’ve rarely had maintenance issues. The only thing that I would change is limiting the amount of non student traffic cutting through the complex, as there seems to be homeless people walking through the complex to get to the Circle K. If the complex was monitored or gated, it would be 10/10!Property Manager Responded

Manager does not return messages
February 14, 2022Very frustrating, the manager does not respond to numerous messages and emails. I have never received a response the entire year despite at least ten attempts. Workorders are marked complete without the work being done. There is not enough parking and vehicles are broken into regularly.Property Manager Responded

Reality vs expectations
August 21, 2019I’m a realistic parent.... how many of you have OCD kids vs. high energy, active kids. You can’t expect a 5 star hotel looking apartment folks. My daughter just moved in.. yes there were some issues . She filled out the work order and the must have before the end of the day issues were addressed immediately, including getting a new ceiling fan in her room and a security bar for the sliding glass doors of her first floor unit. I review based on response by the on site management office and the ...turn around time to address issues. Considering they have to deal with a few hundred first time living alone kids with parents freaking out, they impressed me with their ability to stay positive and proactive. Aside from that it’s pretty much on campus, a good amount of businesses within walking distance, ample parking and good amenities.... what else could you ask for. Looks are deceiving
August 17, 2018FAKE presentation. The office and sample apartment are beautiful but that is not what you get when your student moves in. My son's place was a dump and they made us pay for new carpet upon move out despite a building flood that had significant water damage.Property Manager Responded

Decent and Affordable
August 8, 2015Venetian Villas is one of the more affordable living choices in the Tallahassee area. Walking distance to FSU and the stadium. Has a gym that, with the right knowledge of excersise, can accommodate most work out routines. Decent sized pool. Free food in the leasing office on Wednesdays. A "pool party" with a DJ and grilled burgers and hotdogs. Pretty big living space regardless of living in the classic floor plan or townhomes. Maintenence is quick to respond to a work order.
