Love to community
March 1, 2023I really enjoy living in at The Ventura. The location is in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for residents. It's right next to a park which is nice for short walks. The apartment is also completely gated & have a courtesy officer on site, which makes it feel extremely safe. The apartment was sparkling clean and had many of the amenities I was looking for -- like a gym, pool, gated community & updated front office. It was evident that the ...management team put in the effort to ensure the apartment was in great condition before I moved in. Potential Residents
September 6, 2018My husband and I viewed a 3/2 today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are relocating from Louisiana and Ms. Carrie(manager) was a great resource on school district and local attractions. She answered all of my million questions. The apartments seem to be well kept. I didn't feel the need to tour any other complexes and that never happens with me. Im very indecisive but I felt very comfortable from the 1st hello to the hug see you later. And that's exactly what happened we returned 10 ...minutes before closing to submit our app. It was like meeting a long lost cousin?. Excited about this new chapter and thank for the staff for all help!Property Manager Responded
