This place is infested with roaches. No matter how much you clean your apartment they'll come in through the bent up front door they leave us with. Common areas are never cleaned. I've seen dirty underwear, food and wrappers left on the floor for days. I refuse to clean up after other people's children. Cannot wait for my lease to be over.

For starters, I was approved for a fully renovated 3 bedroom with a wash and dryer hook up. I didnt find out about it being a fully renovated 2 bedroom with no wash and dryer hook up a week before my move in date. The overall inside looked rushed. The paint on the wall and bathroom tube pills. The closet doors and tissue/towel holders falls off. No matter how clean you are , you will see bugs and especially roaches. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors above you.. It also sounds like ...
they're about to fall through the ceiling. You can hear the neighbors beside you as well. I also had 2 floods the first 90 days living here. It came from the neighbors above me bathroom pipes.The first one wasnt bad but the second one was. Both bedrooms, hallway and bathroom was flooded . A few items did get water damaged. When i reported the damages, the Venue kept giving me the run around or not responding. Its been a total of nine months and still nothing. The outside stay dirty, including your patio if you're on the first floor.

You can tell the place has been renovated and that it is not good looking. The photos on their website look a lot nicer that what it actually looks like in person. It's like they hired contractors for cheap and wanted them to do a rush job on it. Don't get me started on trying to set up internet and cable. We had Spectrum try and come out to set up our cable and internet because I had issues doing it myself. Turns out some of the coixl outlets don't have wires in them. So Spectrum had to go into ...
