April 3, 2019Apartments is infested with roaches. Small old painted over buildings and painted over cabinets to make it look remodeled. No hot water. Management is horrible. Don't waste your time and money . Take your family somewhere where they will care about you and your well being. Fed my dog in my bedroom and the roaches in the kitchen lined up and started crawling towards my bedroom towards the dog food.Property Manager Responded

Very poor management
July 2, 2016The office staff is very unorganized. I should have known better just by the move in process. My original move-in date had to be changed because the only employee that day locked herself out the office! I have asked several times for maintenance to exterminate, and that has yet to be done . My lights KEEP going out in half of my apartment and once I notified the office the maintenance man basically said ohhhh well I don't know which wire ,figure out the wire and let me know?!! Oh and on top off ...all that , the staff books are all over the place . in the computer system "I have a year lease " but in actuality I Never signed for anything other than 6 months! March 31, 2016The management here is terrible, There have been many occasions where I have put in work request and those request are never addressed. We moved in (July 2015) and our bathtub / shower looked to have never been replaced nor cleaned. It just now was “replaced’ (March 2016) and by replaced I mean spray painted with white paint to make it look like “new.” I’ve made many complaints about MOLD, has it been addressed? No. Also, upon moving in we as tenants are to walk the property and make sure ...there are no damages, holes, etc. which there were holes in cabinets, and water stains in the ceilings, have they been addressed? No. Next, there have been many occasions where my money orders have been lost, late fees have been added onto my account because they “close the office early” on key days, and/or do not show up to work. Today’s issue takes the cake. I called up to the office a number of times to get the balance because the online portal was “down” and my calls were sent straight to voicemail each time, finally after calling from my office phone I was able to get into contact with the manager who sounded very unenthused to address my issues, before she would complete listen to what I said her response was that I can’t make a payment online and my best bet is to pay whatever it was I paid last month, and whatever I am short on I can pay it once the system is back up and running. Now if this were any other complex I would trust that, but because of all the obvious reasons above I will not fall for it. This property could use some work, along with new workers that enjoy their jobs and can effectively help those of us who need it, especially since this includes the payment of my rent and the properties reputation.
