January 30, 2026It's been a week since our lease started withe the Verdant Apartments. So far, we've had a very good experience in terms of moving in and the community is so lively. There are few restaurants in this apartments with different food options to go to. The management is responsive taking care of the maintenance requests at their earliest convenience.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Overall, this is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and the neighbours are kind and respectful. The community is quiet and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable environment. The amenities are well-maintained and very convenient for daily use. The only downside is that some parcels have been stolen, which is quite disappointing. Apart from that issue, everything else has been positive — a pleasant and comfortable living experience overall.Review from Apartments.com
