Worst apartment community to be in
June 21, 2021The worst apartment community ever. DO NOT come here. I still regret my decision. Property management suck. They lied about the apartment having the bedroom carpeted. and we were given the apartment in the worst possible condition. AC isn’t working and bedroom fan about to fall off. No one cared. Been 3 days and no one showed up yet. Apartment was super dirty. Maintenance is worst. And they say based on the community guidelines, none of the stuff is emergency so they can not fix it immediately. ...Again 3 days and still not fixed. Don’t come here.Property Manager Responded

No maintenance at all
September 23, 2020I'm living here for 1.5 yrs now and the maintenance service becomes horrible. They responded within a day even with some tricky requests but now they do not respond at all for a really small request to change light bulbs. Now we are living in the dark living room every night for more than 2 weeks. They do not give us any notice when they are gonna come to fix it or do not explain why they are late. Most frequently used parking lot entrance has been broken since 2 months ago, and they do not have ...intention to fix it. Never live here. I will leave as soon as the current lease expires. Poor Management, Misleading Pics
January 9, 2018Management here is the worst as far as resolving issues and service recovery. I have lived here for 2 years. The first year was fine, and the place suited my needs location and price wise plus it was inconvenient to move at the time so I renewed. The second year I started working from home and I got new neighbors upstairs. Despite innumerable complaints about the noise, nothing was done. When I asked to exit my lease a month early they then talked to the people upstairs. That was effective ...for about 2 weeks then it resumed. They offered to move me to a different apartment but why should I be inconvenienced because of someone else?! They refused to let me exit the lease even 2 weeks early. In addition, I am now in the process of moving out and I asked to rent a storage unit for a week as I am running out of space (the 2 BR apartments are small). They said that they would look into it but never responded. After all the trouble you would think they would try to make things right before I leave. Other reasons for the 1 star - theft, poor security (my car was broken into in SF and I had to go the entire weekend without a window; Security notified me of the missing window the following Tuesday), cheap interiors (namely the cabinets), and lack of upkeep of common areas and the grills. They also seem to have serious turnover of leasing office staff so many of them are nice but not knowledgeable. They allow residents to hang clothing from the balcony, further cheapening the building. When I first moved I had the opportunity to rent a condo downtown for $600 cheaper - wish I had taken it in retrospect. You have many options in this area so I'd recommend looking carefully before deciding to live here.Property Manager Responded

WORST MANAGEMENT&ATTITUDE
February 13, 2017If you want good SERVICE and RESPECT, DON'T MOVE IN If you want to talk, Please record it or email. They always like to play tricks. They say Yes first and say they DON'T take verbally. Be careful lady "AnXXX". She is a horrible liar. She was passionate when you met her first time. She will say good things and promise this or that. THEN she will pass to ANOTHER colleague to work on it. Saying she doesn't remember she say it. Plenty nice apartment around here. Worst Management Ever
May 31, 2016Worst Management I've ever dealt with. They sign a lease, then when you question a document the lease mentions and you want to see it, it all the sudden "doesn't' exists." These apartments are priced under the area for a reason... no one likes living there, there are always apartments available. People cannot wait to leave. If you like smelly hallways, dirty common areas, fire alarms going off at all hours of the night, not being able to speak to anyone in management, and apartments where things ...are falling apart but they don't fix them... then this is the place for you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst aparment complex in this whole area
March 21, 2016Worst apartment complex in this area, even worse than the SF! The buildings are all cheaply built, with the worst kind of material, so naturally you can hear everything you neighbor is doing, tv, music, footstep etc. Things also break very often, and there is only one maintenance guy that handles all 500 units. You have to wait 2 days to get a water leak fixed. The office staff are all snobbish and unkind, especially to people who look like they are not from here. Even something as simple as ...picking up a package from the leasing office can be very frustrating, where they leave you waiting for 20 mins without acknowledging your existence while chatting away in their offices in the back. The pool and gym are never clean. Families make a mess and not clean up after. Parking is horrendous. If you got unlucky and lived in one of the units on Tasman st, the restaurant called Faz right downstairs attracts the most annoying group of drunk people who yells on the sidewalk in the middle of night every weekday. And no point in telling the leasing office or the police, the office staff like I said, could care less about their residents, and the police flat out will not come here because they simply do not think they have enough officers to dispatch to this area! Imagine that! Also, they say you get $500 for referring, and they offer you couple grands off when you sign the lease, but honestly, save yourself some trouble and headache and stay away from this place.
