Looks good on the website. After calling I found that utilities aren't really Free— anything above $25/room/mnth is divided between residents in a 3BR unit, regardless of how little you may use per room. What are the typical utility costs per month on a 3BR at this facility? Any answers from residents? If this were available for short-term lease I'd say it's worth it, but to lock into a 1 year contract—maybe not for me. A few other changes were that a 3BR is at the high-end of the rates ...

The Verge really is what you want to make it. They provide an excellent framework for you to be able to relax and have a good time. Like any other apartment complex, it has its up and downs but overall this a great place to live. I would recommend the Verge to anybody who's in college and doesn't mind sharing an apartment. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex. (I have been here for 5 years.)

This complex has served me well for the past 5 years while I have been figuring out what I'm doing in school and in life. I have always had great roommates and maintenance is great. As long as your able to co-exist with other people you will be fine here. They do a good job matching you up with roommates based on some questions that you answer with the application paperwork. I will finally graduate this semester and plan to move out after, not because I dislike the apartments, but because it's ...

Needing an apartment in a pinch? The Grove is the perfect place for you! This apartment complex is not only affordable for the surrounding Asheville area, but it's also well worth the amount paid. The fully furnished apartments are well maintained by an extremely upbeat and friendly staff. At the center of the complex stands the clubhouse, where tenants have access to a 24-hour gym, two tanning beds, a pool table, game room, and free coffee at the push of a button. staff pair you with the "right" roommates and location on the property. Needing something fixed? Maintenance is on it in less than 24-hours. The only thing this paradise is missing is a pool. And the best part...all of this is included in the flat rate of $510/month. Only worrying about one bill a month saves time, sanity, and paper!
