Horrible office staff and Community
March 26, 2024Parking lot full of illegal broken down cars. Residents drinking and partying in parking all hours of morning. Apartment exceeding occupancy limits which increases water bills for everyone else. Office staff never answer the phone or emails. Mailbox was broken in to everyday for 10 months and office refused to fix the mailroom door lock. Don’t live here. The maintenance guys are the only good thing about this community.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE - PLEASE READ
February 25, 2024Do you like living without a functioning heater in the winter, and waiting multiple days up to weeks for maintenance to arrive? Do you like living without air conditioner in the blazing hot summer, living day after day in inhumane conditions while waiting weeks for maintenance to arrive? Do you like paying $600+ for a "smart home system" that breaks every 4 weeks and produces non stop alarm sounds that you cannot turn off, every 15 seconds until the maintenance people finally come after 3 weeks ...of waiting in pure suffering? Do you like hearing the loudest music you have ever heard clear as day in your living room every single day of your life coming from your neighbors? Do you like a filthy apartment "gym" with broken equipment, only a few machines, and stolen dumbbells? Do you like paying hundreds of dollars for a package system, when all your packages come to your door anyway? Do you like paying for paper thin walls, so you can hear every conversation your neighbor has ever had, or anyone walking past your apartment? If you answered yes to any of these, maybe it is worth overpaying for this piece of trash apartment complex. But if any of this is giving you second thoughts, PLEASE listen to my concerns and understand that this is what you will be living in if you choose to rent here.Property Manager Responded

DONT MOVE HERE
April 26, 2023When I moved into the unit, it was infested with roaches. Took them a MONTH to do anything about it. Appliances rarely work. Insanely noisy area, especially at night. Occasional gunfire, slow police response time. Just an awful place to live. Run. NowProperty Manager Responded

THE WORST LEASING OFFICE EVER
February 8, 2022No matter how many times the change the leasing staff they always bring the worst people ever. they’ll never answer the phone, open the office when they want to and help you if they feel too. I requested few things to be fixed and try to re-request through out the year I was there, never got them fixed and even then till the end of my lease. Never answer their phones
June 4, 2021They never answer their phones, they don’t care about the tenants living here. Their excuse for not reaching back out to you after several attempts at calling them is to say “sorry it’s because we’re short staffed”. I think I’ve heard that line about 4 times now.
