Great Apartments
September 20, 2018I lived at The View apartments from November 2016 to August 2018. This apartment complex is located up a pretty steep hill just above Shelby Hospital. The area is very quiet and safe...a place where you can have packages delivered and they remain without being disturbed. The complex owners and complex manager are very friendly and helpful. They are very helpful and will work to resolve any issue that you may have. I rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment for just under 2 years. The apartments are ...very spacious and well maintained. The unit I rented was outfitted with new energy efficient windows prior to signing my lease. The cabinetry has been well maintained though a bit outdated (built in 1979 but made for solid wood).It is located near Thompson Intermediate/Thompson 6th Grade Center/Thompson Middle and Thompson High School. It is zoned for Creekview Elementary School. I have recommend this apartment complex to others looking for a new apartment home. If I were not moving to a new city for my job, I would STILL be living in this complex. Happy apartment hunting!Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2016I don't live in an apartment complex, I live in a neighborhood. Great place to call home. The apartments are well maintained and any and all maintenance issues are handled super quick.
