Charging rent for the convenience of having it in your unit. I’d have to go to a laundromat The living room floor was not cleaned after workers left. January 6, 2026A job well done. When my sink clogged up a second time in one week on New Years Day I waited until Friday to call Maintenance. Two men arrived at 9 am and worked 2 hours. August 15, 2025The View Apartments I like the layout of my apartment. Because I enter from an outside entrance it feels like a small house instead of apartment.
