January 30, 2026Equipment not repaired Fan in bathroom does not work Thermostat is broken where numbers should be indicated Washer machine is soooo loud. Charging rent for the convenience of having it in your unit. I’d have to go to a laundromat The living room floor was not cleaned after workers left. January 6, 2026A job well done. When my sink clogged up a second time in one week on New Years Day I waited until Friday to call Maintenance. Two men arrived at 9 am and worked 2 hours. August 15, 2025The View Apartments I like the layout of my apartment. Because I enter from an outside entrance it feels like a small house instead of apartment.
