January 13, 2025We had an appointment this morning for 11:30. We arrived a little early so decided to walk the community. Instantly we were turned off by the maintenance of the grounds. Trash on the ground and in the parking lot. The landscaping is obviously not important either. Walked into the office and it was pretty trashy. We told the employee we were there for our appointment and she looked inconvenienced. She asked if we were looking for a one or two bedroom. We wanted to see both. Nothing was ...available to see. We had called the week before and received text confirmation. She said we spoke with AI Andy. I’m guessing “Andy” and the management company don’t communicate. We should have been called ahead of time. This company wasted the time of 4 people. She said we could come back next week. Absolutely not! Also, while waiting, I spoke with a resident and asked a couple of questions. The main thing that stuck with us was “you have to stay on top of them” regarding maintenance. The last building on the right reeked of weed. We were on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Definitely not going back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Poor Maintenance
March 21, 2019Absolutely poor maintenance, getting anything fixed , and fixed right is almost impossible. They have TRIED to remodel, but work is very poor. The work they do falls apart or breaks after something is installed. Electrician came and looked at a new ceiling fan they put up , that was dragging and a smoke detector that was installed and said they would be here next week to fix and that’s been almost 3 months ago . Still not fixed, The owners are paying 2 to 3 times to have things redone that should ...have been done right in the first place. They can’t go forward for moving back . Not to mention people with mold problems and units withs constant bed bug problems. It’s a great location for the price of rent but they need good maintenance. I would give it a zero stars if possible. If you want to live and not worry about maintenance issues. Poor maintained play ground, if looking for a place with dishwasher , washer/dryer and a bath tub for your children. I wouldn’t recommend looking here. They took out the tub when remodeling to put in only showers, Had to get an attorney in order to get furnace fixed properly . Absolutely poor maintenance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Priceless View
July 23, 2015My apartment in on the 3rd floor over looking an awesome small town ball field from the living room then rolling hills that turn into beautiful mountains! Honestly I have to look out my window every morning when I get up and last thing I do before bed. It has wonderful floors and the flow of the apartment is great.
