I am disappointed with the ongoing conditions at this apartment community. For several months, there have been persistent issues with pet owners not cleaning up after their pets and residents leaving trash outside their units for extended periods of time. Although the property is advertised as a smoke-free community, marijuana smoking is common and enforcement appears to be lacking. Additionally, a couple of listed amenities are misleading or inaccurate. The community advertises a car wash area ...
that does not exist, and key fob access is only available for the gym rather than residential buildings. Following a recent snowstorm, the parking lots were not plowed or properly treated. Only buckets of salt were placed near building entrances, leaving the parking areas and steps unsafe. Overall, these ongoing issues reflect poor maintenance, lack of enforcement of community standards, and inaccurate advertising of amenities. I would strongly encourage management to address these concerns PROMPTLY.
