The View on 18th is the best place to call home! I’ve lived here for 7 months, great neighbors, quiet community. The price is great, the owner is super easy to work with, and the property manager is always responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the views of the city from the huge glass windows are absolutely stunning. Plus, having Birmingham and UAB police nearby makes it feel extra safe!

Plenty of parking. My last place only had street parking and my car got hit. So I am so appreciative that there is multiple parking lots to choose from. The property manager lives on-site so she is there when you need her and is super nice. Super cool view of the city. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.

I lived here for a year during college and had a great experience. The location is perfect—super convenient to UAB, restaurants, breweries, and more, yet tucked away enough to feel safe and peaceful. The complex is privately owned, and the staff was always incredibly responsive and helpful. One of the best parts is the breathtaking view—the sunsets are absolutely stunning! Highly recommend living here!

I have lived here on two separate occasions and have recommended this place to multiple friends and family. Several live in the units currently. The landlord and his staff are incredibly kind and responsive, Maintenance issues were addressed and fixed quickly. The location is great. It's a smaller complex and everyone seems to look after each other. Some of the best sunsets I have seen in Birmingham.
