February 25, 2026I have been a resident here for a month now and have all positive experiences. My neighbors are quiet, community feels safe, and this is really starting to feel like home. Great leasing staff, nice amenities, the lake is in our backyard and it is so close to shopping. Maintenance is quick to respond. I have enjoyed living here.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2025Don’t move here they will sell you a dream and you will experience nightmares. The bathroom above us was leaking and the whole thing fell into our bathroom. Had a whole big hole. Cars are broken into or stolen. Dog pop, fireplace not working. From moldy bathrooms, flooded walls, and kitchens, and everything is leaking. Old washers and dryers that will break down every day. High rent for absolutely rubbish. Don’t get me started with rude lease office staff. I’ve lived here for over 2yrs been ...nothing but a nightmare. Why didn’t you move out? December 1, 2025I appreciated the assistance I received with the move in process. However, I was a bit disappointed once I moved in. The sink, and tub both were stopped up with hair from the previous tenant, and they still clog up occassionally. It would be helpful if their were trash cans near the entry way. I notice that people tend to leave trash or drop trash. If we had trash cans, this would encourage people to dump their trash rather than drop it on the ground.Review from Apartments.com
