    I almost signed a lease agreement with The Views at Laurel Lakes. The property and apartment units looked good. I was very impressed with the updated look and feel inside the units I toured. The leasing agent, Maria Salazar, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. My tour with her had me ready to sign. Ultimately, I did not sign only because I found another property closer to my job with slightly more room and less prone to some of the vehicle break-in activity that ...
    has occurred over the past 6-8 months. Other than that, this property is priced competitively, looks great and is in a area that is close to many shopping areas and parks within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend viewing this community as one of your rental options.

    The staff is really nice, but my frustration comes from maintenance's continuous patching of issues. They've told us multiple times our HVAC system is broken and needs to be replaced, but they don't do it. They continue to do mini repairs that last about a month before it breaks again

    Maintenance team is top notch and always responsive, however, the office staff are very slow about addressing serious issues. Cars get broken into and county-mandated security cameras have yet to be installed despite the first incidents occurring over a year ago. Increased loitering and smoking in the hallways and spiking vacancies.

    Lived here for 3 years. 1. Quiet environment which I appreciate 2. Maintenance team is top notch. They are always very helpful and responsive 3. I have never had issues with packages delivered until last year when parcels delivered to the front door mysteriously disappeared 4. This is a smoke-free community however individuals will still smoke marijuana in the community especially in their homes and the smell comes all the way to my bathroom space which I do not appreciate
