We have been here for nearly 2 weeks and so far, we couldn’t be happier. We have had pleasant experiences with everyone we have met and great interactions with the community staff. We haven’t been able to hear any noise from neighbors and love the view of the lake.

I enjoy living at The Views! I enjoy living in a quiet community, close to shopping, kind neighbors, and I have great amenities. Maintenance is quick to respond and I enjoy walking around the lake and how walkable the neighborhood is.

Im over it! I think a change in staffing is needed. I pay on time and pay to manage pest/weed smells plus rent is costly. My concern have been dismissed each and every time.

Love love my apartment. Everything so far has been great. I have a view of the lake from my apartment which is a huge plus. The only thing I would say is my ice machine in fridge hasn’t been working but I’ve contacted maintenance. Im currently still waiting. My overall experience had been lovely!!!
