Good neighborhood OK apartment
July 28, 2015The building is older, there is no insulation so when the days are hot it takes some time for the apartment to cool down at night. It's a good size has great closet space, I like the laminate wood floors in the living room and bedroom but the flooring in the kitchen is terrible, it has creases and no matter how much you scrub the floor is always dirty. The air unit is in a weird area the kitchen, the air does not reach the bedroom. The neighborhood is really great, quiet, people are nice and ...everything is really close by. The parking sometimes can be tricky if you don't have a parking space in the building. Although overall it is a good apartment I feel that the price is a bit high.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quieter than you'd expect
July 20, 2015535 square feet though it'd probably be listed as larger, 'cause everyone does that. One bedroom, ancient carpeting, gas heat, the finish on the kitchen cabinets is mostly worn off. A/C handles the living room but that's it. My bedroom is over the driveway and 20 feet from the apartment building next door, but I've always been pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is most of the time. The light shining off the swimming pool is really great, but the summer sun coming in the living room window ...in late afternoon is brutal.
