Dont waste your money or time!
March 3, 2022After two weeks of waiting for my application to just be processed, I was told that not only was there another tenant who MIGHT want the apartment but that they couldn't give me a solid move-in date. My intended move-in date was 3 weeks from that phone call and I had waited two weeks already so according to them, it MIGHT not be ready after 5 weeks. This is incredibly stressful especially since I had ben searching for apartments more than a month prior to my move out date and asked about ...availability before I applied and was assured it would be. Needs better management
July 15, 2020The pool is never open seems like its only open when she has her grand kids over. Even though it is in the lease that you have to clean up after your dog no one does and its not enforced so there is dog poop everywhere. They never answer the phone so don't expect anything to get fixed if it breaks. They say that they will have someone come spray once a month or more if you need for bugs I have lived here awhile and have never seen a bug guy come out spent 4 months complaining and still no bug ...guy. But the apartments are a really great size for the price and they have lots of stuff for the kiddos close by. The apartments them self are kinda far out but everything you need is close by gas station, Dollar store, Walmart, Russ's and more.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lots of Dogs....
August 18, 2015This complex isn't horrible, but it isn't Amazing either! They allow pets which is nice for me since my wife and I have two kittens, there are A TON of dogs here, which means there is a ton of dog doo too!! Maintenance maintains, but I wouldn't say they do too much above and beyond, Other than the little issues, management is very easy to work with and get ahold of if there is a problem or emergency, and you see the manager frequently around the property.Review from Apartments.com
