Beautiful property
November 1, 2022This property is sat in a corner where it is quiet and chill. I have lived in a lot of apartments but none as quiet as unique as this! It is a great vibe and the staff is caring and does what they can to accommodate every need. Apartment living is apartment living but this complex is on point. I don’t understand the negative rating but I enjoy the stay. Keep up the good work!!!Property Manager Responded

Can't wait to leave
June 17, 2022I called in a work order a week an half ago will have not got it fixed yet. I can't see spending all your time at one complex and not the other. Are waiting until tenant leave to upgrade the apartment that's already outdated My door locked will not work it sticks and I have to spend at least 5 minutes trying to jiggle the key to get it open my blinds on the patio door falls out so I've been gluing them back up there to keep them up there because no one has come to replace them.Property Manager Responded

RED FLAG
March 7, 2022the new owner is very much rude and inconsiderate. Mr. Shaun cared about his tenants rather than just the money, but the new owner could care less. $75 late fee after 5 on the SAME DAY, no excuses . sad ! I stayed here for another year sadly & my apartment was never fixed. they can’t keep a maintenance man that wanna work. my dishwasher stayed leaking for a year. toilet too! cut a hole in the wall and never repaired it. told the NEW owner I was being stalked and she told me to break my lease and ...I can find someone to live with instead of saying she’ll do her best to look out for me. all around just a big NO ! good luck if you choose this outdated raggedy apartment with rude owners !Property Manager Responded

don’t move here
November 19, 2021This place is overpriced , small and out dated. The water heater sucks you can’t take a warm bath. Walls are thin. Just stay away!!!!Property Manager Responded

Just moved here
March 30, 2021I just moved in and the apartment manager made sure I knew everything I needed to know upon moving in. He answered all my questions before I decided on this place. The layout of the apartment isn't exactly what I wanted, but it still a nice apartment. The manager states there will be new windows installed soon in all the apartments, too, to help make them more efficient.Property Manager Responded

Don’t live here
June 3, 20181. Theft Purchased a money order (they charge you a $5 fee to pay online and won’t automatically draft it from your bank) for rent one month and it was stolen after being dropped in their Dropbox. I then get a note on my door of all the late fees I owed and only after explaining my case and providing receipts did they wave off the late fees. 2. Maintenance Men The complex got a new maintenance guy who has no regard for anyone’s privacy and will enter your apartment without notice. I called one ...day about our ac not working and he came by to “fix” it an hour later. Later that night, I call again and the 24 hour phone service said they’d relay my message to the manager. The next day my roommate and I are both at work and she comes home to find the maintenance man had come in when we weren’t there to work on our ac again. I don’t know how or why but he had shut our cat in the closet that houses the ac unit (there isn’t room for a person to stand in there and our cat barely fit as well). To top it all off, he left a note saying, “The ac works fine. It’s summer time so it’s just going to be hot.” The most upsetting part about that lie was how I lived right next door in a different apartment on the same building and our ac worked fine. 3. Bugs I understand that bugs are very common in Arkansas, but I have killed multiple roaches, spiders, armies of ants (presumably because the people living under us didn’t keep their place clean), and some friends of ours who also stay here had problems with bed bugs. Summary. Horrible maintenance men with no regard to your privacy or pets, insects, busted ac units that don’t get fixed, and theft. DO NOT LIVE HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
