Quick Downturn in a Couple months

I’m not sure what happened, if we got a new landlord or something, but this place has quickly gone downhill in about a months time. It’s not like I expect an apartment in the Spenard area to be ritzy, but it was quiet and people were mostly chill. We've been here for a few years and considering the rough neighborhood, it wasn’t too bad. Within the last month there’s suddenly trash and cigarette butts allover the place, new tenants constantly screaming, unfamiliar cars incessantly parking in ...
assigned spots that aren’t theirs on a daily basis, dogs across the way peeing around peoples cars and front doors 2-3 times a day, homeless people keep getting into the laundry room and locking the door, and dogs running around without leashes and barking. I don’t get it I don’t understand how this place degraded so quickly. Right now sitting here listening to someone scream and curse at eachother. Again. The same ones throwing cigarettes onto the carpeted walkway. It’s sad, we were pretty content here, even with the issues this place always had and how run down the apartment we have was when we moved in and we really like the neighbors that have been here from the beginning. Hopefully, things get better soon.
