I love it here!!

I’ve lived here almost 5 years and I have nothing negative to report. The grounds are always clean ands up kept, maintenance responds in a timely manner, and the ladies in the office are great!! There’s a super cute doggy park that my dog enjoys often!! And I’ve never had any issues with problems in the neighborhood!!

Bad for overnight workers!!!

If you work overnight....DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! You will never get sleep. It’s not the tenants that cause you to lose out, it’s the loud & extensive work that’s being done in the neighborhood. We were assured before signing a new lease that it would be a quiet year, that promise was definitely unfulfilled. If you need peace during the day, this is not the place for you.

My aparent/townhome

My apartment townhouse is a decent size. The only downfall is that its a 2 bedroom house because there are 3 people living here. I have been sleeping on the couch for 3 years beause we cant afford a 3 bedroom apartment. Our backyard is gated but really small and 2 bathrooms. After my moms 2nd marriage went downhill, we gave been struggling, so free rent would be pretty amazing for me an my family. Hope this reaches out to you. Thanks!
