Both management and maintenance have made it clear that assisting tenants or any involvement in tenant activities are not their responsibility. There are meetings that stress discipline and obedience lest we create work for them; they're busy and don't have time. It's all about their convenience with virtually no incentive for the tenants. The Village at Heritage Court has shifted from a really great place to live to a punitive hostile environment. The amenities such as community room, big screen TV, library, garden, computer room, etc. are still here; using any of them involves squabbles among tenants fighting for control. If I could give minus stars and still write this review I would do so.
