I absolutely love living here! I moved in 2 years ago, July 2021. I was on the waiting list for 4 months when I got the call about an available apartment. If you want to live here you MUST get on the waiting list.

I have been waiting four years for an apartment at village at Hesperia. Each time I go, Jennifer, front desk manager, tells me "there are no available apartments, you're still on the list", "send a notice of interest every 6 months", and more LIES. I went there once with an official and the story changed, "you're second on the list ". That was told to me by Jennifer when the official was with me. Send on the list.
