August 27, 2023I absolutely love living here! I moved in 2 years ago, July 2021. I was on the waiting list for 4 months when I got the call about an available apartment. If you want to live here you MUST get on the waiting list.Review from Apartments.com
LIES LIES
February 14, 2023I have been waiting four years for an apartment at village at Hesperia. Each time I go, Jennifer, front desk manager, tells me "there are no available apartments, you're still on the list", "send a notice of interest every 6 months", and more LIES. I went there once with an official and the story changed, "you're second on the list ". That was told to me by Jennifer when the official was with me. Send on the list. Four years ago. 6 years if I count before COVID. Today, 14 February 2023, I am ...still waiting, sending my interest notes. Next on this site, for a week they advertise there is an availability.
