Horrible Maintenance
April 27, 2018They deserve a zero if that’s possible. Lives here for years and the place is falling apart. Worse- Maintenance is non-responsive . Have had AC out for 2 weeks, have spoken to dispatch more than 20 times and they continue to tell me that it has been escalated and that somebody will be here shortly. Never happens. Not one call back. They are totally ignoring the calls as well as lying. I’m looking at reviews all over and they are all bad, especially within the last couple of years. It's not great
April 19, 2016Everything you want done goes through MiddleSex Management and they're terrible at getting back to you about a maintenance issue. But forget to pay the rent a few days late and they'll send a letter to your door saying they're taking you to court. Even if you pay the rent before the court date you'll still have to pay the lawyer fee. I've asked them to fix the light in the alleyway in front of my door for 4 months and they still haven't. I walk home to a dark alley at night and have to fumble ...around to find my keys in the dark. One of the other buildings also has a bad alley light and you can see it flickering at night like a scary movie scene. The air never reaches the bedroom upstairs in the summer and the heat never reaches the living room downstairs in the winter.
