Nice and safe neighborhood. The management team changed a year ago, and since then, they have been actively engaged in various repair and improvement projects. The manager is proactive in addressing security and resident behavior issues, ensuring that any problems are promptly resolved. I am fortunate enough to have not encountered any disruptive neighbors. In order to enhance the overall appeal of the place, I would suggest considering an update to the lobby design and replacing public hallway ...
carpet, or perhaps renew it with hardwood flooring.

i went there to see about an 2 bedroom apartment, and first the door was closed and than it took the lady about 1 min to come open the door. Once she did she was very rude! She was very short with me when I was asking questions! Just turned me off about renting there. I will not go back to this property until management change. Or the person at the front desk fix her attitude!

I wish I could rate this apartment zero stars! The manager Portia was completely atrocious!! I went to the leasing office to inquire when the pool would finally open (it’s ridiculous that it is now July and the pool was suppose to open in May). She didn’t have answers for me, she instead got nasty and gave me smart remarks. I then expressed my concerns that the front door of my building doesn’t lock. She anxiously told me the front door is locked. I let her know she was wrong, the door was wide ...
open. She got mad at me for informing her of the facts and asked me did I have a question or was I just there to talk. I let her know since she was being so nasty I will not renew my lease. She didn’t care enough to respond so I left the office. If you want a luxury place to live where management cares DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

These apartment homes are nice and are in a perfect location. They are very spacious. Last year I would of given them a 5 but since the new management it they have gone downhill as far as maintaining the apartment homes.
