After one year lease review; beautiful place, kind maintenance workers and well taken care of!
Cons; rent is high for the place, office will NEVER get back to you unless you call 3 to 4 times and email plenty of times, amenities work half of the time and your deposit consider that a tip for them because you’ll never see it again.

pay a professional than wing it myself. I emailed the office for that magical list, list does not exist.
The response ; we don’t recommend anyone since we don’t know if they will be up to our standards and may end up being charged twice. I ended up winging it with a friend who’s a house cleaner and ended up getting charged $100 for cleaning services. After 2 weeks of contacting the office for further information as to why we were charged; zero response.
