July 15, 2022After one year lease review; beautiful place, kind maintenance workers and well taken care of! Cons; rent is high for the place, office will NEVER get back to you unless you call 3 to 4 times and email plenty of times, amenities work half of the time and your deposit consider that a tip for them because you’ll never see it again. Upon move out you’ll receive a nice move out packet that states “contact front office for approved cleaning vendors “ well Idid just that because to be honest I rather ...pay a professional than wing it myself. I emailed the office for that magical list, list does not exist. The response ; we don’t recommend anyone since we don’t know if they will be up to our standards and may end up being charged twice. I ended up winging it with a friend who’s a house cleaner and ended up getting charged $100 for cleaning services. Train noise unbearable
August 23, 2016The new SMART trains runs adjacent to The Villages right at Piner Avenue. As the train crosses the intersection in both directions the engineer unleashes a series of long honks which are unbearably loud. I'm a long time tenant at The Villages and love everything about it except for the new train. I literally cringe from the noise as the train goes by. Time to look for a new apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com
