January 15, 2026A humble hidden gem! Banyan is everything I hoped for in a community. Safe, clean and reasonably priced. It doesn't have some of the fancy polish and "amenities" that newer complexes would charge an extra arm and leg for; but, I wouldn't have used any of it anyway. What Banyan lacks in fashion, it far makes up for in function. The management is kind, professional and responsive! Maintenance is capable, quick and courteous! November 4, 2025I enjoy living at the Village of Banyan Grove. It’s very community oriented and the staff are very helpful. All the benefits are great and I use them often such as the gym and the pool. Our apartment had a mold issue in the bedroom closet and the maintenance team resolved the issue and property staff provided us with adequate resources.
