January 13, 2025This place is horrible. I will never recommend anyone here. The bugs are outrageous and have been since I moved in. Maintenance never follows up with the request and closes the cases without even attempting to complete. I have had to call the police multiple times due to the neighbors loud noises all hours of the night. When I moved in, I had to sign documentation that I would not disturb my neighbors. Not sure why they didn’t get the same documentation.Property Manager Responded

October 10, 2024Beautiful and spacious, but expensive. Walls and floor is thin, so good neighbors is a must. Be mindful there are no extended options when rent is due. Billing fees have been added such as small fee of electricity, monthly fee of xfinity internet and service fee for LUXOR. To my knowledge these fees are mandatory like $25 trash pickup service. September 12, 2024It is a very quiet community which is great only thing is the parking is terrible still have to pay 15 dollar fee which is ridiculous because it’s not even assigned parking much less at night you can’t even get a parking spot close enough to your unit. I like the unit I have but they should clean the outside more periodically there’s cobwebs all over the doors, I have a wasp nest growing in my balcony, and there’s roaches coming out of the drains. I keep my unit clean as possible because having ...roaches is disgusting but there’s always on random times they come out of the drains. More likely not going to renew my lease because of the parking situation if I’m being honest and roaches that come out from the drains.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2024No problem except for maintenance crew not fixing my ac for a week straight, telling me 3x that it worked fine when it didn't and telling me they planned to come back and complete the job that night yet didnt show up til the next morning after i had to spend another night in the heat with my 1 year old baby and dogs suffering. It did get cooler after his THIRD visit when he finally added frion, meaning it no longer gets up to 80 degrees, but it won't go below 74.Review from Apartments.com

April 12, 2024The unit that I received was very clean and spacious it might be outdated but for the amount I’m paying seems reasonable. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing to consider would be parking when shopping for units this complex has VERY limited parking spots and you still have to pay a fee which I’m questioning that.Property Manager Responded
