Yes, we are very pleased with our apt. here being as "independent" as we
wish and many advantages!! We have a small fenced patio behind our bedroom which means we can sit out there and enjoy occasional resident
walkers passing by our small fenced area and lawn with a friendly greeting.!!.....Below the walkway is a sometimes water stream(creek)after a good rain. Many residents who have cars keep them in a parking lot next
to our apartments but we choose to take advantage of transportation ...
offered for doctor appts., or other reasons here at The Villages , even though
we presently own a car in the parking lot.....
We have a market within a short walking distance to purchase lunch supplies
and a drug store too, so we are very pleased with our situation ... When we
have family come for a visit, we can pay to rent them a bedroom and bath
here which is fortunate . I don't miss wondering "What will I fix for dinner
tonite?" at all!!
