Terrible place!
July 3, 2025Shabby looking with garbage cans & litter everywhere. Mailbox area is dirty with broken mailbox doors. Office staff never answer their phone or texts. Maintenance crew need more training. Cheap flimsy window blinds, they charge you for parking in your attached garage. Swimming pool is rarely open. As for the landscaping.... dirt is now the norm where there used to be wood chips, bushes are never trimmed.Review from Apartments.com

December 27, 2024Stay away from Deer Run apartments, all they care about is getting more money from residents. Very poor communication from office staff, they rarely answer their phone and don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. October 14, 2024Deer Run used to be a good community to live at until the new management took over. Since the new management has taken over they have added charges that are not part of the lease, they do not respond to emails or calls, the fire alarms constanty go off and they do nothing to reach out to the tenants to inform them if they are doing anything about it, and if tenants leave trash out when they move they do nothing to deal with it even as animals are started to go through it.
