          I stayed at this property for a little less than two years. I enjoyed my stay. It's mostly a quiet neighborhood and most neighbors are nice young families. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. But, the main reason I am writing this review is to share my pleasant experience in dealing with Mike, the new owner and current property manager. Mike showed great flexibility to my situation when I needed to change my plans to be able to take care of my mother and go against my lease agreement. My lease ...
          still had 6 months left on it. Mike was compassionate and understood my situation. He gave me reasonable options. It reduced my stress quickly and allowed me to do what I wanted!! Thanks for your understanding. God bless!

        • I think I would rent this property for the rest of my life !!

          I moved in this rental townhome in June /2020. I always owned before. It's just me and my husband. I wish I had started renting a lot earlier :-) These are nicely built units. I am super happy with the maintenance person who is at the property every day. I had 3 different small issues occur so far and they were all resolved in a reasonable time. My advise to the owners....current maintenance person is the strength of your company. Please take care of him and always keep him on your staff !! ...

        • Horrible property management

          The owners of these townhomes are incredibly unprofessional & do not meet the needs of their tenants & maintenance needs. Our garage door has been synced with our neighbors a few doors down so whenever the neighbors open up their garage door ours automatically opens up as well. This issue has been going on for over a month now & is obviously incredibly unsafe as it opens up our home to the public all hours of the day/night. The management has never gotten back to us about this issue as they seem ...

            It seems unreasonable to have a garage door opener synch to someone else's garage. Regardless, we had the reprogramming done for the opener within a reasonable time once reported. It's quite possible the issue was going on for a month, but it was not reported to us a month earlier. In first scheduling attempt tenant wasn't available. In the second attempt next day the opener was reprogrammed. Thanks.

        • Noisy Neighbors

          I thought this was a dream neighborhood because these were fairly new townhouses. The quality of the townhouses aren't horrible (not great either), but the biggest issue is that there is a house that throws parties every week and has for months. Not normal parties - physical violence out in the street, drunk driving, screaming up and down the street, police have come tens of times to break up situations, waking me up multiple times a night type of parties. I ended up moving out bc the landlord ...
          wouldn't do anything about it, despite there being something in the lease about disturbing the neighbors, and I no longer felt safe. If you enjoy your sleep and safety, I would look elsewhere.
