If you search for quiet living but desire all of the amenities of a large, multi-storied apartment complex, then let me suggest The Villas at Nature Walk. It is a place that puts your comfort and nature first. These are all one story apartments, with lots of trees and each living space has its own landscaping and designated parking spot. It has a walking trail, a fitness center, a club house for your use, a beautiful pool and an office center. For animal lovers, there is a large bark-park. ...

More amenities are in the planning stage. Also, if you like to cook your own food outside either with family or friends, there are outside grills located pool-side with others planned to be placed about the grounds. There is one more very appealing amenity which is the security of living here; each apartment has its own street address, electronic keys that cannot be duplicated, secure post office boxes that are covered, and the community is gated. The Villas at Nature Walk is just up the road from Gate 7 of Redstone Arsenal. It is also minutes from The Space and Rocket Center, home of Space Camp. Just a short drive from here, you will be in either Madison or Huntsville, Alabama for shopping and night-life. You are close to are your needs. If you like friendly people, just stop by the main office to meet Vallery, Alex, or Will. Also, in charge of maintenance is Dewayne. These nice people are there for all of your questions. If you decide to live at The Villas at Nature Walk, all of your requests and queries go to the same fine folks and are handled promptly. There are community activities which allows you to meet all the residents and socialize. Come join us to enjoy the comfort of a beautiful home, great location, and lots of amenities with wonderful neighbors at The Villas at Nature Walk.

The Villas of Nature Walk is a totally enclosed community that offers a 24 hour security entrance. This property offers the most up to date amenities in the clubhouse; a large common gathering room for meetings and entertainment, including a complete kitchen and cozy fireplace; a media room with computers and printers and Wi-Fi for use by the residents; a fully equipped workout room with the latest equipment; a spacious patio/courtyard area that is perfect for picnics, sunning and swimming ...

parties. The entire property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Residents have use of a walking path along the full perimeter of the property for walking or jogging; perfect for walking pets. A Pet Park is located midway the walking path with picnic tables - perfect for a game of toss or Frisbee with furry friend! Each apartment is luxuriously appointed with modern kitchen appliances (stainless steel) and includes washer and dryer in each apartment. Each living area is amply spacious to maximize the comfort of you and your family. I recently downsized from a 5-bedroom home. My "house-sized" furniture fits very comfortably in my apartment (4- poster beds, sectional sofa, kitchen table for 6, etc.). The storage space provided in each apartment is excellent. In addition to a large walk-in closet in each bedroom,there is also a huge storage pantry/closet on the hallway. My apartment has a 2- car garage which has yet another large storage closet within it! I have not had the need to obtain additional commercial storage for the things I'm not using from that 5-bedroom home! You'll love the built in desk in the nook off of the kitchen for your personal computer/tech use. Great for gaming and school work for the kids and amply spacious for anyone who works from home. As great as the physical apartments and amenities are at The Villas, it would not be as great without the extra personal touches provided by the wonderful staff who manage the property. Always available and helpful for any need. They are proactive, people pleasers and make living at the Villas of Nature Walk so easy and stress free. You'll love the monthly resident get-togethers (chili cook offs, movie & game nights. BBQs, etc)! You'll love the Villas of Nature Walk!!!!
