The apartment is so nice and the office staff are the best! The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony or outside at the various areas throughout the complex.

Amenities are well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful when you need them. Neighbors can be a little noisy at times, but doesn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Not a good move in. A/C does not work at all. After multiple attempts. Not sure why this wasn’t checked before moving the nest residents in.

Maintenance is a little slow but overall experience has been great so far. I just moved in about 2 days ago so I have some more getting use to the community . Everyone’s been very friendly and helpful !

The management team was very helpful getting our documents in order. The tech team was very cordial in helping to get the room in order for our moved in. The room is quiet, however the windows did not block all the noise from the highways. The Vine has Great team and it is a good place to live.

Great community to live it. Beautiful building that is well-maintained with lovely amenities. Courteous staff. Maintenance incredibly kind and helpful when needed. Noise level of neighbors has gotten a little loud, especially the banging from our upstairs neighbors and kids running the halls, but not a deterrent. I feel safe and valued here as a resident.

I love living at the Vine. The management staff, concierge, and maintenance staff are amazing. The building is always clean and inviting -- I love coming "home". The building is constructed so that noise is not a problem. In those instances where there has been noise, the tenant has always abided by the quiet hours rule. I've been here for three years. This is a great place to live.

Would appreciate more patrol of the parking lots and enforcement of residents not parking in guest parking. Also, when the complex is hosting an event and providing food, please provide enough food and not a small amount.

When we moved to the Vine, I was sure we would move out after one year. 4 years later we feel quite at home. It’s very safe, comfortable, super clean, awesome staff and we love it!
