One Perk is the Pool.. but don’t be deceived

We have one perk for this complex. It is the pool. It took them over a month to get it opened. We’re supposed to be open Memorial Day weekend it opened July 4th weekend.
The loungers are plastic and they’re all broken so you have to bring your own chair.
The safety raft looks 20 years old . The site doesn’t let me let load pictures otherwise I would.. the staff and owner doesn’t care. I’ve addressed this issue before the residents skim the pool. The pool guy left about 10 to 15 chlorine tablets ...
and the filters and haven’t seen them since . If it wasn’t for the residents, management and owner wouldn’t get a paycheck. They sure expect our rent to be paid on time.
I took them a year and a half to remove the live animals in between the wall of mine and the next-door neighbors. Yet it still smells like dead animal in my master bedroom..
they’re starting to paint the complexes new color on the exterior.. don’t let that fool you of how the inside is. When I moved in, I didn’t have a stove. It wasn’t clean. You have to check off yourself anything that’s wrong with the townhome .. there’s not a walk-through being done. However, the complex is very quiet. My neighbors are very respectful… now. It wasn’t that way when I moved in November 2024 just hope it stays that way.
If you’re all allergic to smoke, like I am I wouldn’t advise moving here because anyone is allowed to smoke in the townhome..
