    Very quick and easy. They took the time to show me around the apartments. Nice community, nice company. Close to the city. Nice lobby. Pool is nice. Cheap rent but still get good quality. Gated community….very safe.

    I've lived here two years now and have been very happy here. The community is well taken care of and has a warm neighborhood feel. I love the space in my apartment, plenty of storage too. The fact that it's a pet friendly community makes it that much better. I'll be renewing my lease for sure, it's a great place to live.

    The apartments are not soundproofed at all. You will be guaranteed to hear loud pets from all directions and conversations though the walls, whether its day or night. The amenities, location, and move-in special was what made it worth moving in.

    My only current issue is the bass in the apartment above me. The music part is fine but the bass is really loud. That's kind of a part of apartment living, though. Other than that we're happy!

    We love it here! It feels vibrant, cozy, and definitely a place you want to call home after a long work day. It is conveniently located in the Greenville-Mauldin area, and so far it has not taken us more than 15 minutes to go anywhere we may desire (airport, downtown, grocery stores...)

    Been here for almost two weeks— Everyone has been so friendly! The maintenance guys fixed our AC and washer that were broken upon moving in. Still waiting for a few other items to be fixed but we have faith they will come through. Seems like it’s in fine condition but maybe wasn’t ready to enter when we moved in, like the spare bathroom shower we found out was broken so when we finally turned it on it sprays water on the unprotected wall (hence the water damage we found), sink doesn’t drain well, ...
    toilet squeaks when flushed, etc. but overall we are happy. We love the pool and the car wash area— I do hope they put an attachment on the head of the vacuum so it’s more efficient though! Overall we would reccomend and feel we made a good decisio.

    love my apartment have never had any issues with getting things fixed or anything at all. They always get things fixed very quick after putting in a request. Only problem I had was dealing with the property manager when it was time to renew my lease. I had a very hard time trying to get a response or any emails back.

    I actually do like living here. Lots of amazing flowers, in unit washer and dryer, pet grooming station and car wash, which all new to me and affordable. Only issue is there's been recent smoking and the dog poop, some of the renters dont pick up after their pets and its sucks and some areas stink.

    Wonderful staff and maintenance crew. Always go above and beyond any maintenance request and always made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. The office staff is always doing events to make this a great place to live.

    So far it's a very quiet place, and the apartment is beautiful. I would like them to improve the gym area, but the pool area is fantastic. A sauna area would make it perfect, but so far it's a 9/10.
