    So far it's a very quiet place, and the apartment is beautiful. I would like them to improve the gym area, but the pool area is fantastic. A sauna area would make it perfect, but so far it's a 9/10.

    The apartments are very nice and the stsff is great, but the walls are very thin. This is not great if you have loud neighbors or your neighbors have loud pets

    Keep the gate code box at the gates. We’re not able to guide each and every delivery people and cabs on this. Most of them are canceling deliveries and rides due to this. So either keep the gates open during the day or else keep the gate code box at the gates

    Apartment was a little dirty upon move in, it is also hard to connect with the staff at the leasing office. That said, it is a beautiful and well maintained community and I've enjoyed living here so far!

    I love it here every one so nice the apartment is very lovely luxury feeling got my keys they made sure I had everything done made sure I had everything i needed 10/10

    The property is clean and safe. The apartments are a great value and the staff is committed to maximize all residents satisfaction. There are community social events and plenty of parking. I have renewed my lease twice. I have rented apartments all over the country, from Florida to Alaska, and this is my favorite, by far.

    I have lived in this community for over two years and have renewed my lease twice. The staff are all fantastic and I love the social events. The property is clean and safe. My apartment is comfortable and in the rare occasion that I require maintenance, the staff reacts quickly and are very friendly. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend this property if you are seeking an apartment in the Greenville area.
