May 8, 2026Renewal rents are very high; we are frustrated with LMS parking system. Our guests suffer a lot and we don't want LMS parking anymore in this community. Vinoy has no reason to have LMS parking. Children play area is very small and not well equipped. School teenager do some suspious activities on staircases in the morning hours in our building. There is not action on that till today from Vinoy. Vinoy should have gates installed to protect it from strangers.Review from Apartments.com

April 6, 2026Staff are friendly and approachable, and the maintenance overall appears to be well managed. I appreciate the prompt response in fixing the water leak in the car wash area—thank you for addressing that quickly. However, the vacuum station is not very useful at the moment, as the small holder is missing. Additionally, some of the items in the play area are broken and need attention.
