Don’t waste your time if you don’t have a perfect credit score
May 4, 2023We were giving the run around . Application was approved . We had to do the background check. Due to my score not being good enough for the company. Our application was denied. My husband didn’t get a chance to even do his background check ( he has the better score). Ms P said to my husband if he wanted to get the apartment I won’t be able to live with him BUT we are married. Cat problem
March 13, 2023The neighbors feed the neighborhood cats and the cat spray their urine everywhere on your front door anything laying in the patio. You name it. It’s very hard to get a number for corporate.Review from Apartments.com

Excellent and cozy
January 7, 2020Manager is wonderful!! She knows us all and really meets our needs. She is personable, the property is green and clean! I’ve been here almost three years and love it love it love it!! Great apartment horrible parking
July 29, 2015Very clean complex. One of the downfalls is the parking situation. There isn't enough visitor parking which effects people who live in the complex. If you get home past 7 pm, good luck finding parking. The complex is pretty quite and the staff is nice. I have had maintenance a couple times work on things in my apartment and they have been pretty fast at responding. Warning: if you live close to 4th street & haven the car traffic can be loud.
