We love it here!
June 17, 2025My first impression was how kind management was and how beautiful the property is kept up. After living here for over a year, staff is still amazing and we love the amenities! The gym is always clean and the pool is sparkling. You can tell how much time they put into up-keeping the property. The staff also puts on community events which are nice to go and socialize! As a bonus, we love the ponds attached to the property and have even caught some fish! There are a ton of dogs here and I love ...it! Everyone is responsible about using leashes and picking up after their dogs. A majority of residents appear to be other working professionals which is great because it’s generally quiet all the time but you barely ever hear anyone after 9pm. We love it here and we are so glad we chose this community!Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
April 20, 2022I really love living at The Vista! It's really clean and my apartment was beautiful when I moved in. They even left me a bag of goodies as a gift. :) My cat likes the balcony and the large windows. Wonderful home!!
February 7, 2022I’ve lived here since May and I’ve really enjoyed living at The Vista! Kim and Amy have been really great in the office and the maintenance guys are prompt and do a great job. The apartments are really nice and updated, and I have an attached garage which is really nice in the Winter. I also have a dog park right by my apartment for my bundle of energy that is my dog . I would definitely recommend the Vista to anyone moving to Rochester!Property Manager Responded

customer service is horrible
September 7, 2020Lived here for two years and just recently moved out in the summer. First off the apartments are subpar if best, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Second, my grandparents came to visit me while I was having surgery and they brought their dog to with them when they were checking on my pet. I of course being on pain killers didn’t realize it. Got a letter not one day later basically threatening I had violated my lease. What were they supposed to do, leave it ...in the car? Third, having a gate that barely works in the summer much less the winter defeats the purpose of being a secure community. Having days where trashed is missed pickup, and the poor upkeep of the grass and greenery is just another issue as well. For what the rent is, the standards should be higher.Property Manager Responded

I'm very excited to say that our gate is in good working order, though I know we had challenges when construction finished 2 years ago. I'm sad that experience was difficult during the beginning of your stay, but I'm happy that it has now been corrected. We love having a wonderfully manicured lawn and shrubbery and would love to connect directly with any specific areas you may have felt didn't meet our standards. We want to address this immediately. Great place
May 14, 2020I have lived here almost four years and have been happy. Highlights include the on-sight management staff and maintenance crew. They are awesome and always respond quickly. The few maintenance requests I’ve had were taken care of within 24 hours. The people who live here are friendly. The location is nice because it is walkable to Culvers, Thirsty Belgium, coffee shops, Walmart, You and Eye, D-Nails, several stores, etc, yet is surrounded by farmland and a pond. Great Value
May 15, 2020Overall, the Springs offers a great value with large townhome-style apartments with an attached garage and located reasonably close to Saint Marys Hospital and Downtown. There are several nearby shopping centers which also make the location convenient. I also appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer and the amenities including the gym and the pool.
