problem
March 24, 2026The leasing offices are not serious about coming to fix any problem at the apartment when anything is broken in the apartment they will say they will come. Nobody comes to check the problem. You have to go to them a bunch of times and call them, but they don’t. Outside the apartment smells very bad and they have cockroaches and rats inside the house. The main gate door is always open, It’s easy for someone to come and steal the cars. They are not professional.Review from Apartments.com

August 19, 2020I attempted to lease a apartment here and paid my deposit, after not having a apartment available for my move in date the office has refuse to issue a refund for my deposit. and have not provided any documentation as to why my deposit is being withheld, I have contacted management and also corporate and no one will follow up or return calls. I am a single mother of 2 and was in desperate need for immediate housing and this property took my money and took advantage of my situation during a ...pandemic with no explanation as to why.
