June 4, 2024You are mostly dependent on the Q train if not having a car, which means if commuting will need to transfer to the subway and takes around 45 min to get to most places. Usually things get done in 1-2 days when requested through the built app. Gym is ok, might need more equipment. Rooftop grill cleaning is on the residents.
