September 12, 2025Poor inspection of unit before releasing keys to new resident I probably predicted that my unit would not be properly ready for me to move in on the scheduled day. My leasing was signed with plenty time for them to prepare it, one month prior, and I even sent an email a week before asking for pest control, to inspect all items in the list and if clean and ready to move in. Well, it was not. Key copy was not made, unit was very dirty and when going through the inventory condition form I had to ...list several items not in proper condition. Just to list a few: blinds damaged/broken, disposal not working, kitchen sink loose/detached from stone counter, cabinet handle missing, toilet flush stuck and keeps running…) I placed maintenance request, 4 days and waiting for maintenance visit to fix it all.Property Manager Responded

July 15, 2025Mail room needs to be expanded and more safe Mail room, for the amount of residents, is too small, which make it not safe for our delivered packages. They just stay dropped on the floor, instead of in a safe lock, many times. Also, the car gate situation, some times, with anyone pig backing going through, makes it too easy, for people who don’t live in the complex to get in. Other than that, everyone in the office is nice and I really like my apt and the complex.Property Manager Responded

Dirty, dog poop everywhere
April 30, 2025I’ve lived here since 2020. The last 2 years this place has declined astronomically. New ownership, can never keep a maintenance team, grounds a dirty filled with trash. The worst is DOG POOP IS EVERYWHERE. Often found in my own hallway! Staff is SLOW to react. Security concerns- car gates always being left open, front entrance gate was smashed in and has been left open for 3 weeks as of the date of this review.Review from Apartments.com

Prompt and Good Service
