Management ruined a great location
August 1, 2021Great location, but the management acts like it’s a big chore to do their jobs and has no regard for creating a resident-first experience. Maintenance requests are ignored, agreements are not kept, and lots of things are broken in common areas- DeAnza is all about sucking rent out of tenants and having low cost labor on site to provide a minimally-acceptable quality of living.Property Manager Responded

July 8, 2018My experience at the Vue was love at first sight- when I saw that there was a Coldstone Creamery attached, I became move-in- ready. Surprisingly I still fit into all of my clothes despite the amazing variety of awesome restaurants in the area because the gym here is clean and has a great collection of equipment. The hot tub, patios (with grills), theater room and clubhouse areas have been a fun place to hang out and meet other families in the complex. and the office staff is ...bombtastical. bomb·tast·i·cal BOmb'tast'k(?)l adjective meaning:friendly, professional, and good at the job Maybe I gush because I moved from a lame complex where the staff seemed to hate their lives, maybe it's the dairy and refined sugar typing but overall I think it's just because I feel at home here and that feels good.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
