It took a little while to get our application straightened out. While it wasn't handled as simply as I thought it could have beeb, I felt everyone kept their word and followed through with the documentation needed to push our lease through. Everyone i spoke to was kind and concerned. So, even though I haven't yet moved in, I am already impressed with the people.

The apartment itself is fine. It was not clean upon move in, the leasing office is dishonest at times and take a long time to resolve issues. Trash pic up is horrendous. The outside hallways are gross and the stairs as well. Also, the elevators don’t work and make it really inconvenient to get heavy things to the top floors.

Hate it here. Literally gave me the worst apartment. The room they show u on the door is not what u will get. The place was dirty when i moved in. The dishwasher is literally sticking out of the cabinet and rusting, not to mention a fly came out of it when i opened it. Bugs literally everywhere. I bought 6 cans of bug spray and i’ve been here 1 month. They also make it very hard to get out of the lease and don’t try to find anyone to take over. Things stop working all the time. 1 of the elevators ...
hasn’t been working since before move in day. Hallways are filthy. Management don’t respond to emails, u have to go in the office to talk to them. Let me repeat, THE ROOM THEY SHOW IS NOT WHAT U GET.
