Out with the bad, in with the worse.
January 11, 2024It has been a year and a half since I moved in to 2207. Within that time, I have experienced multiple failures of both technical and material form, and going to new management only exascerbated these issues. While the maintenance person tries their best, running a one-man show isn't going to cut it for the some 90 or so units that need constant servicing. The apartment staff went from acceptable (she tried her best) to subpar and even rude-toned when dealing with residents. The system ...consistently has had issues with rent payment as they've swapped it maybe 4 times in this small window I've been here. Stay away.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible office
March 31, 2018I lived here for a year and am currently attempting to move out. The office staff holds inconsistent hours which makes it impossible to get packages, pay rent in person, or even turn your keys in to move out if you work. I called the main office as well as on site office to return my key, office hours say they should be open but they're not and there's no telling if they will come in at all. There's also a lot of smoking in the buildings which you can constantly smell. The facility tries to ...cover it up by painting the stairway every other week but then it just smells like paint and smoke. Living anywhere else in Greenville would be better.Property Manager Responded

The property is now undergoing a complete renovation plan for complete change in exterior and interior. The hallways are undergoing new air ventilation to improve the smell and new management is also enforcing the no smoking rule in the homes to prevent the smoking smell.

Park Somewhere else.
August 14, 2015There's no parking spaces for you to park close to your apartment here. The office allows two vehicles per household, but fears people are "abusing it". They refuse to change anything about it because the lease says the minimal amount about parking. Other than that the place is ok. Besides security measures and long walks to and from my car. The apartments are spacious and seemingly nice. Watch your outlets when you move in.. They are notorious, so I've read from other reviews, for leaving loose ...wall outlets connected instead of replacing them for new tenant. Office lady is rude, but is always willing to hear you out if you're willing to let her talk over you consistently. I would recommend not moving here if you're looking. I gave it two stars, because I do like the spacious floor-plan.Property Manager Responded
