My last few months there no one would respond to me over email or phone except when it came time to pay the rent. Everyone should avoid this building and UIP at all costs.

it shakes and vibrates so much I cannot use it when I am home and when my neighbors use theirs it shakes my apartment- it shakes so badly I've had glasses fall out of my kitchen cabinets. When the building was renovated they must've used the cheapest materials available - the walls are paper thin, it's like you live with your neighbors. I can tell you when my neighbors upstairs and next to me are home, when they go to bed, when they shower, and when they leave for work in the morning. The management company is beyond useless and unprofessional; they never respond to maintenance requests, it usually takes 2 to 3 emails, phone calls and then a stopping by the office before they acknowledge your problem. And when they do they will try to make you to pay for it. They also enter your apartment without notice. In short, there are much nicer buildings nearby with better management and better construction, do not waste your money on this place. As soon as my lease is up, I am moving.
